  In the world where many people have started to bull eachother to get one things or the other in a violent way, which is not good and not acceptable!!!!!!!

      WHEN ARE WE HOPING TO STOP THIS!!!!! 

But the only way we can reduce or subdue this is by a simple, reliable and a legit way called "SELF DEFENCE"

You may be surprised that how can we defend our self when we did not have enough power. There are different way we can defend our self in a simple and a legit way.

Before we proceed, Have you heard about the word "SELF DEFENCE". If yes that is good, but if no, from the word SELF DEFENCE→→→→ Means ability to defence yourself from harm or danger. For further meaning from oxford dictionary→→→ some thing you say or do in order to protect yourself when you are being attacked, OR the skill or being able to protect yourself from physical attack without using weapons.

    THERE ARE 3 MAIN IMPORTANT OF SELF DEFENCE:

• To protect our self from any physical attack like raping and so on.

•  To guide us from unpredictable and dangerous event.

• To let us gain confidence when we are in the world of fear or trouble.

  HOW TO DEFENCE YOURSELF WHEN YOU ARE BEEN ATTACKED.  

  1. Always observe your opponent.

  2. Stay alart.

  3. Try to disarm your opponent.

  4. Try to escape after disarm your opponent.

  5. Try to seek for help.
